Kindle vs. the Nook: Technical Knockout


If there was ever a more direct attack on a product or a one-sided review, I am not sure I recall seeing it. This is just simply an outright slam of Barnes & Noble’s (BKS) Nook electronic book reader. Pogue clearly prefers Amazon’s (AMZN) Kindle, without question.

    It's disappointing to see how journalists are less objective these days especial on cable news. In Dec 09 the Nook was rushed to market with many operating flaws like a slow refresh rate so the Kindle was superior at the time but with new updates the gap has been closed dramatically. Still reviewers who compare the two e-Readers this month usually say the Kindle is easier to use than the Nook.
